The Renewal of a domain name purchased at WebSelf is automatic.
However, it can be canceled at any time in the sub-tab Billing and Payments under the Subscriptions tab.
- To cancel the renewal of your domain name:
- Log in to your WebSelf account, go to Profil on the top right corner.
- Go to access Billing and payment.
- Click the gear icon to access the subscription information, and three options will be available: Edit my plan, Update my card, and Cancel plan.
- Click Cancel plan.

Important:
Cancelling the domain name renewal does not automatically disable the domain; you will receive information about the deactivation date at the time of cancellation. If you want to disable your domain immediately, please contact our support at assistance@webself.net.
