Domain name renewal is configured through automatic billing from the credit card registered in your account.
If your plan subscription has been paid, but your site is offline, it may be due to an issue with the domain name renewal.
To fix the issue, you must complete the payment for your domain name.
To do this, log in to your WebSelf account, go to your Individual Dashboard, and navigate to the "Domains" section.
- Click on the "Domains" tab at the top of the management bar.
- Click on the REACTIVATE button on your domain name's right side.
- Review the summary and click on "PAY".
Note: The saved card will be selected by default for the payment; if you want to use another card, check the "Use another card" option and fill in the necessary information.
Your domain will be reactivated once your payment is received, and your site will go back online.
Note: If your domain has been turned off for a long period, your site will not be immediately visible online; it may take a few days for Google to re-index your site.
