Organizing products in an online store is crucial not only for the user experience, but also for efficient store management and sales optimization.
To organize a new product:
- From your store's admin, go to Store → Products.
- Click Create to add a new product.
- Enter the necessary information from the General section.
- Click Continue.
- If your product does not offer options or variants:
In the Variants section, a default variant will be automatically created.
- Click Continue and choose the Category and Product type.
- Click Continue and enter the SKU and Price of the product according to the currencies configured in your store.
- Click Publish.
- If your product offers options and variants:

- Enable the "Yes, this is a product with variants" option.

Note:
Each time a variant is added to a product, all its parameters are automatically added to the Inventory column of the Variants window.

To indicate the quantity of items available in stock, click the three-dot icon to the right of the Variants menu and click Edit stock.
- In the window, enable the stock Location.
- Enter the quantity in stock pour la variant.
- Click Save.

Editing the organization of an existing product
- From your store's admin panel, go to Store → Products.
- Click the three-dot icon to the right of the product you want to organize.
- Click Edit.
- In the Organization window, click the three-dot icon on the right and click Edit.
- In the Edit Organization window, change the settings: Categories (Optional) and Type (Optional).
- Click Save.
