If you offer the Pickup delivery method, you can give your customer the option to choose the payment method On-site or Online.

Once a customer completes their purchase, their order will appear in the store's admin, under the Orders section. You will also receive an email notification.
As soon as a customer places their order, you will receive a notification at the email address configured in your store profile settings.
The alert is sent from the email address media@mywebselfsite.net; make sure this address is one of your authorized addresses.
From the "Access the seller admin" link at the bottom of the notification email, you will be able to log in to your store's administration.
Processing an order placed with the Pickup delivery option is very similar to processing an order that requires shipping. However, there are two aspects that differ: payment behaviour and fulfillment behaviour.

Payment behaviour
- With the On-site payment method, the Payment status will initially be shown as Authorized.
- Click on the Order line.
- Information regarding Summary, Payments, and Unshipped Items will be displayed.
- Once payment is received on-site, you will be able to manually Capture the payment.
- On the Capture payment pop-up window, click Confirm.
- The payment status will be set to Captured.
- Once the order is picked up on-site by the customer, click Mark as delivered.
- On the Are you sure? pop-up window, click Continue.
- The order wil be updated to Delivered.
- With the online payment method, the Payment status will be shown as Captured.

Fulfillment behaviour
You will find essential information regarding the order's fulfillment status and pickup status.
In the Unshipped products window, you will see the items in the order that are awaiting pickup.
- Once the order has been picked up in-store by the customer, you can manually update the status by clicking the three-dot icon on the right, then click Ship Iiems.
- Click Mark as shipped at the bottom of the window.
- Click Save.
- Click Mark as Delivered at the bottom of the window.
- The legend "Are you sure? You are about to mark the shipment as delivered. This action cannot be undone." pops-up.
- Click Continue.
- Your order displays the status "Delivered."
Inventory behaviour
As soon as the order is marked as Delivered, the products will be automatically deducted from your inventory.

Pay-on-site order processing
Your store offers the option to activate manual payment methods, such as Pay-on-site, ideal for customers who prefer to pick up their orders in person or to avoid paying online.
Whether the order was paid On-site or Online, you will be able to send a notification to your customer once the order is ready for pickup.
