Shipping costs are a key factor in shopping cart abandonment. By offering free shipping options, you encourage your customers to complete their purchase.
Set up free shipping for all your products using fixed pricing:
- From your store's admin, go to Settings → General → Locations & Shipping
- Choose the desired location and click View details on the right.

In the Create a Shipping Option for "X" window, configure the following settings: Price Type, Name, Shipping Profile, and Enable in Store.
We recommend naming your shipping options like this:
- US Postal Services Free Shipping.
- Canada Post Free Shipping.
- Etc.
- Click Continue.
- In the window that displays, enter $0.00 as Price.
