If your card has expired since your last payment, our system will automatically notify you through the email associated with your Webself account. You can then update your credit card information before the next automated renewal.
You can update your credit card information by following this short guide.
- Login to your Webself account.
- Go to the avatar tab located on the right side of the Dashboard, and click on the Billing and Payments sub-tab.
- Click on the gear icon on the plan's right side to access the subscription settings.
- Click on Update my card: this allows you to enter your new card's details.
- A window will appear, choose the option that suits you best: "Update billing information for:":
- This subscription only
- or All subscriptions.
- Click on Next
- Enter the new information for your card.
- Click on Save.
