When you create your site, five pages are generated by default. These pages are made up of various sections.
A Social badges section on a website connects your visitors to your official pages and builds trust in your brand.
You can add a section either above or below an existing one. Simply hover over an existing section and click "+ ADD A SECTION," located at the top-center or bottom-center of the section.
In the "Your Templates" vertical column, choose the Social badges section design that suits you best. You can choose from 1, 2, or 3-column layouts.
By hovering over the Social media section, you can access various features using the icons in the top-right corner:
- Edit.
- Set this section as a reusable template.
- Edit the template.
- Edit color and background.
- Duplicate.
- Delete.
A social media section consists of the following elements: Title, Media Carousel, Subtitle, Text, and Button 1.
- Title
This element allows you to show or hide the title "Follow us on Social media" within your section.
- Text
This element allows you to show or hide the Text "Stay up to date with the latest news and special offers by joining our community!" within your section.
- Badges
A social media badge on a website connects your visitors directly to your profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, or YouTube.
- In the BADGES tab, click the three-dot icon to the right of a badge to rename or delete it. Click "ADD LINK" to add a badge for another social network.
- In the SETTINGS tab, you can configure the following parameters: Badge appearance (Color, Black & White), Badge shape (Rounded corners, Square corners), and Badge size (Small, Normal, Large).
- Media
This element allows you to choose between an image or a video for your section. To modify the Media currently in the section, click EDIT.
- In the IMAGE tab, here are your options:
- Format: select the display format from the available options.
- Image Size: select the size from the options: Small, Medium, Large.
- Alignment: select the alignment from the options: Left, Center, Right.
- Choose another image: click here to upload an image from your library or to select a free image provided by Pexels.
- Zoom: slide the button right or left to adjust the zoom level for your image.
- What does this image represent?: enter some information about your image in the window so that Google bots can correctly identify it.
- Enlarge image on click: check this box if you want the image to enlarge when clicked.
- In the VIDEO tab, here are your options:
1.- Upload or select a video from a personal device. The file size limit is 50 MB.
2.- Use a video URL (YouTube, Dailymotion, Vimeo).
When you upload a video or use a URL (YouTube, Dailymotion, Vimeo), here are your options:
- Loop playback: the video plays continuously once the visitor clicks on it, until they close the page.
- Autoplay: the video starts playing as soon as your website opens.
- Set video size: Small, Medium, Large.
