You have the possibility to modify their content according to the specific needs of your business that you want to display on the order confirmation (as may be required by law in your country).
For example, you can add a logo, modify the invoice content, add your tax identification number, add additional information about your business, and add elements in the footer.
Additionally, you have the possibility to translate the text of your tax invoices into other languages using special variables.
1.- From your store administration, go to Settings → Invoice.
- Logo:
Adding a logo allows you to personalize your invoices and fuel your branding. The recommended size of a logo image is 240 x 100 px. Click Upload invoice logo and choose the image file from your computer. - Tax ID:
Tax ID name: Tax registration ID. Enter the taxpayer identification number of your business or any business ID that you want to be displayed on the invoice (as may be required by law in your country). - Business details:
Provide any other information about your company that may be required by law or that is appropriate to include, such as bank details or other contact information. - Footer message:
You will be contacted by email with the information needed to pick up your order. - Invoice template (for expert webmasters):
For more advanced customization, you can edit the invoice template using HTML tags, CSS styles, and special expressions.
IMPORTANT: Editing the template may affect changes made to this page. For example, if you add text to the Footer Message field and then delete the footer in the template editor, no message will appear on your invoice. - Custom invoice file name:
Change your invoice file name for your convenience and that of your customers. Add your store name, order number and other relevant details.
Changes will be saved automatically.
