Bulk Product Editor can be accessed through the Catalog → Products section in your store backend. You also have the option to utilize the Mass Update feature on this page to promptly activate, deactivate, or eliminate chosen products, alter pricing, and more.

Selecting products for bulk edits
You can revise the following product attributes using Bulk Product Editor:
- Title (in all store languages)
- SKU
- Images and videos
- Availability
- Description (in all store languages)
- Categories
- Subtitles (in all store languages)
- Whether the product is showcased on the store homepage
- Price
- “Compare to” price
- Cost per unit (if activated)
- Purchase cost (if activated)
- Inventory
- Out of stock handling
- Product quantity during low stock notifications dispatch
- Purchase quantity limitations
- Whether the product necessitates shipping or pickup
- Mass
- Dimensions (length, width, and height)
- Attributs (UPC, Brand, and customized traits of the General type, in all store languages)

Before accessing the Bulk Product Editor, you must determine the products you wish to revise. You can either collectively update all products in your store or cherry-pick several items.
To collectively update all products:
- From your store backend, navigate to Catalog → Products.
- Select Bulk Edit All:
After completing these steps, you will be directed to the Bulk Product Editor page, where you can modify attributes for all products in your store.

- From your store backend, navigate to Catalog → Products.
- Check the products you wish to update (you can utilize Filter in the top left corner to apply filters and expedite the search).
- Select Bulk Edit Selected:
After completing these steps, you will be directed to the Bulk Product Editor page, where you can modify attributes for the selected products.
Modifying product attributes
Once you opt products for modification and proceed to the Bulk Product Editor page, you will encounter these products (along with their variations) listed in a tabular layout. Products are represented as rows, and product characteristics are depicted as columns within the table:
Tick the characteristics you wish to modify in the Columns menu located on the left to include the corresponding columns into the table, and deselect the ones you do not require to streamline table management. You may deselect all columns except for the column featuring product visuals.
To modify a characteristic for a specific product/product variation:
- Click on the cell representing this characteristic in the product/product variation row.
- Implement the necessary alterations.
- Click Save.
The products that you modify will be indicated by a dot until you save the changes:
You can alter characteristics that are not yet accessible in the Bulk Product Editor by individually editing products on their respective product detail pages within Catalog → Products → Edit Product.
Useful tips and shortcuts
You can modify cells with a white background in the table. Cells with a grey background are not open for modification.
Click on the column header to sort products based on that characteristic.
The Columns menu is expanded by default, but you have the option to collapse it by clicking the Columns button, providing more space for product editing. You can expand the menu again at any time.
To navigate the table, you can either click on the desired cell with your mouse cursor or utilize your keyboard:
- Press Tab to select a cell and enter keyboard navigation mode.
- Utilize the arrow keys (→, ←, ↑, or ↓) to move to the next/previous cell in the row/column (accessible after pressing Tab).
- Press Enter to apply changes to the cell and move to the next cell in the column. You can also press Enter to commence editing the selected cell.
- Press Esc to discard ongoing changes in the cell.
- Press Spacebar to check/uncheck the cell.
Immediately updating product accessibility
You can promptly enable, disable, or remove selected products even without accessing the Bulk Product Editor by utilizing the Mass Update feature. For instance, if you wish to temporarily conceal a seasonal category or permanently discontinue a product line and necessitate deleting the items.
To instantly modify selected products:
- From your store admin, navigate to Catalog → Products.
- Check all the products you intend to modify (you can use Filter in the top left corner to apply filters and expedite the search).
- Click Mass Update:
- From the dropdown menu, select Enable or Disable → Enable Selected, Enable or Disable → Disable Selected, or Delete Selected.
- If you opt for Delete Selected, confirm by clicking Yes in the popup.
The changes will be automatically saved.
Mass updating product prices
Utilizing the Mass Update feature, you can also effortlessly raise or lower prices for numerous products simultaneously by a set value or a percentage of the current price. For instance, if you're conducting a storewide sale or need to marginally increase prices to cover expenses.
To modify product prices:
- From your store admin, navigate to Catalog → Products.
- Check all the products you want to modify (you can use Filter in the top left corner to apply filters and expedite the search).
- Depending on your requirement, select Mass Update → Set Up Pricing → Increase Prices for Selected or Mass Update → Set Up Pricing → Reduce Prices for Selected.
- From the dropdown menu, choose whether you want to adjust the price by a percentage or an absolute value:
- If you opt to adjust the price by a percentage, select Select a rounding method to specify how your prices will be rounded after recalculation. By default, they are rounded up to the nearest dollar (or any other currency used in your store).
- Enter the price adjustment value.
- Click Apply.
The changes will be automatically saved.
