- a client altered their preference and opted to purchase a different item, perhaps of another shade or dimension;
- a customer inputted an incorrect delivery address;
- you wish to adjust the tax or shipping fee.
Within your digital shop, you have the capability to revise your orders and amend these and additional particulars.

Order details you can modify
Within your online shop, you can revise your orders and modify numerous aspects.
Regarding ordered products:
- include items in the order and remove existing ones;
- alter SKU and name;
- adjust the price;
- modify quantity.
Concerning the customer:
- revise name;
- alter address;
- modify email;
- add and remove discounts.
Regarding the order itself:
- edit payment option names;
- edit shipping method names;
- adjust taxes;
- alter shipping fees.

Modifying your order information
To modify a placed order:
- From your shop's admin panel, navigate to My Sales → Orders.
- Find the order you wish to update. You can search by order number, customer email, item names, or other details.
- Click Update → Edit order.
- Click Edit next to the order details you wish to modify.
- Click Save changes.
That’s all. Your order is now modified.
Adding items to an order
To append products to a placed order:
- From your shop's admin panel, navigate to My Sales → Orders.
- Find the order you wish to update. You can search by order number, customer email, item names, or other details.
- Click Update → Edit order.
- Click Add product.
- Enter the SKU, name, price, and quantity of the product you wish to append to this order.
- Click Add product.
Removing items from an order
To eliminate products from a placed order:
- From your shop's admin panel, navigate to My Sales → Orders.
- Find the order you wish to update. You can search by order number, customer email, item names, or other details.
- Click Update → Edit order.
- Click Edit next to the product you wish to remove from the order.
- Click Remove:
The product will be removed from the order. The customer will see the updated order details in their client accounts in your shop.
What if the order total changes after modification?
If the order total undergoes alterations post-modification, your shop will neither overcharge your client for the increased amount, nor refund your clients.
Thus, if the amount increases post-modification, you should directly contact your client and arrange for the transfer of the additional funds.
And if the amount decreases, you must reimburse a portion of the amount to your client via your payment processor. Payment processors typically offer refund options within their backend systems. If unsure, please reach out to your payment gateway's customer service for guidance.
