A 404 page is the page that appears when a user tries to access a non-existent page on your site.
There are two possible reasons why this page is displayed to Internet users:
- Either the web address entered contains an error.
- Either the link is broken (the page no longer exists).
Note:
With a subscription starting from the GROWTH/LITE plan, it is possible to add a 404 page.
To configure the 404 page, go to the Vertical Management Bar located at the bottom left in the editor, click on the “Pages” tab, then on the “404 PAGE” button.
Once the 404 page has been added, it is possible to customize it, by clicking on the elements.
These are your options:
- Title: Change the name of the page.
- Media: Add a media element.
- Text: Change the text on the page.
- Button: Check whether you want a button to be visible or not.
- Button: Check whether you want a second button to be visible or not.
