- To access it, go to the Vertical Management Bar on the left side of the editor, and click on the gear icon at the bottom.
- Go to the Languages section.
- In 'My Languages,' here are your options:
- The name of the language in which your website was created is displayed by default.
- To add a language, click ADD A LANGUAGE to first upgrade to an Advanced or VIP plan. To learn more: WebSelf Plans.
- Enter or choose the desired language from the dropdown menu. Click ADD.
- The new language will be displayed in the table. Click on the three dots on the right; three options are available: Set as primary language, Show online, or Delete.
The language will appear at the top in the Horizontal Management Bar:
How do I change the translation of different languages on my site?
Creating a website in different languages requires translating the content into each of the active languages.
However, the translation is not automatic, you are responsible for translating the cotent for each language added to your site.
IMPORTANT:
Before you start adding one or more languages, it is strongly advised you to make sure you have finished integrating your content into the primary language of your website.
When adding a new language, the WebSelf editor offers you the possibility of generating an exact copy of your existing content (the entire design of the site is preserved), then, all you have to do is translate in each language added to your site.
Once a language added, every time you add or delete a new element on one of your pages, it will automatically be added or deleted from each of the languages.
